3. Return Shipping

  • You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
  • For non-defective items, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.

⚠ Important: Since items are shipped from China, international returns may take longer than usual.


4. Condition of Returned Goods

  • Products must be returned in original condition and packaging, unused, and undamaged.
  • Items that are opened, used, or damaged may not qualify for a refund.
  • Hygiene items and custom/personalized products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned items.
  • Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Shipping fees (except in cases of defective or wrong items) are non-refundable.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you do not receive your refund within the specified period:

8. Notes on International Dropshipping

  • Shipping times from China typically range 15–30 business days.
  • Customs, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on the destination country; these are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delays caused by carriers or customs are beyond our control, but we will assist with tracking and claims.
