3. Return Shipping
- You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
- For non-defective items, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.

- Shipping times from China typically range 15–30 business days.
- Customs, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on the destination country; these are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delays caused by carriers or customs are beyond our control, but we will assist with tracking and claims.
